Senior Account Executive, Ads

The Opportunity

Turkey is one of the most important mobile gaming and app markets in the world, home to studios that consistently produce global top-grossing and top-downloaded titles. Unity already works with many of them, and we’re hiring a senior, locally based seller to turn that footprint into a much larger, multi-product business.

You’ll be Unity’s commercial lead in Turkey for our user acquisition and monetisation solutions, including Unity Ads, Tapjoy Offerwall and Aura. You’ll own the relationships, the pipeline and the number, with the backing of a wider EMEA sales, account management and solutions organisation.

In the short term, success looks like a well-mapped territory, a qualified pipeline and your first new integrations and campaigns live. In the longer term, it means growing Unity’s share of spend and revenue across Turkey’s leading studios and becoming the person the local industry calls first.

This is a high-ownership role with direct visibility to leadership, real influence over how Unity’s products evolve for the region, and the chance to build a market rather than inherit one.

What you'll be doing

• Own Unity’s UA and monetisation revenue in Turkey, acquiring new publishers, advertisers and agencies and growing existing accounts.
• Lead complex sales cycles end to end, from first pitch through commercial negotiation and contract close.
• Cross-sell and upsell across Unity’s portfolio (Unity Ads, Tapjoy Offerwall, Aura) on both the demand and supply side of each account.
• Map the Turkish market, competitive landscape and emerging studios, and feed insights back to product and marketing.
• Represent Unity at local industry events and meetups, and partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

What we're looking for

• Fluency in Turkish and professional working English.
• A strong network among Turkish mobile game and app developers and publishers.
• Experience closing B2B deals in mobile advertising, ad tech or a closely related digital field.
• Working knowledge of UA and in-app monetisation, including key metrics such as ROAS, LTV, ARPDAU and eCPM.
• The ability to manage a pipeline, forecast accurately and use a CRM such as Salesforce.

You might also have

• Experience at an ad network, mediation platform, MMP or a Turkish game publisher.
• Familiarity with offerwall, rewarded or loyalty-based monetisation models.
• Relationships with non-gaming app developers (utility, AI, productivity).
• A track record of building a new territory or launching a market from scratch.

This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
