Are you a recent graduate with a passion for science and an interest in building a rewarding career in sales? We're looking for a motivated, ambitious, and commercially minded Graduate Sales Executive to join our growing team.

As part of a successful and forward-thinking family-owned business, you'll be representing a leading supplier of specialist chemical and technical solutions to customers across a range of industries. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both sales and technical product applications while receiving comprehensive training and support from industry experts.

In this role, you'll play a key part in generating new business opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and developing long-term commercial relationships. You'll gain valuable exposure to technical sales while developing the skills and experience needed to progress into a variety of senior sales roles such as key account management, field sales, new business development, and commercial leadership positions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identifying and engaging potential customers through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media activity.
• Generating and qualifying new business opportunities within target markets.
• Arranging meetings and appointments for the wider sales team.
• Developing a strong understanding of our products, applications, and customer requirements.
• Building and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities using CRM tools.
• Supporting customer trials, product evaluations, and onboarding activities.
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Recent graduate, ideally with a Science-related degree (Chemistry, Biology or Materials Science preferred)
• Ambitious, hungry for success and motivated to build a long-term career in sales.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Resilient, organised, and target-driven.
• Previous outbound calling or sales experience is highly advantageous
