Are you passionate about Microsoft 365 and SharePoint development? Do you thrive in translating complex technical challenges into effective business solutions? We are looking for an experienced M365 & SharePoint Developer to strengthen our team. Primary responsibilities will include actively advising and participating in the architecture and hands-on development of applications using the Power Platform. Extensive hands-on PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint development, migrations and support experience is a must.

#YourResponsibilities

• Contribute to the development of a new Microsoft Teams / SharePoint Online / SharePoint 2019 provisioning solution (MS Power Automate / Nintex / C#).
• Provide 3rd-level operational support for M365 and records management.
• Manage access and permissions through Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) security groups and Microsoft 365 (M365) groups.

#OurRequirements

• Proven experience in SharePoint development (.NET, SQL, PowerShell, Search).
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint on-premises to cloud migrations.
• Strong background in Power Platform support and development (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Solid knowledge of SharePoint on-premises, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other M365 services.
• Good understanding of Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Skilled in creating reports, metrics, and dashboards.
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business language.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to learn new areas quickly.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong business acumen and customer focus.
• Familiarity with IT service-oriented approaches and culture.

#YourQualifications

• BA/BSc in IT, Business Studies, or a related field with certified IT skills and/or 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Relevant certifications in SharePoint and M365 (SharePoint Online, Teams) are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
