Deloitte’s ServiceNow Emerging Technologies professionals lead the technological development trend through consulting services oriented to developing new digital features for our clients on ServiceNow.

ServiceNow is the leading technology for enterprise service management and digital transformation within IT, HR, Customer Care and other business support processes.

During your tenure as a ServiceNow Analyst, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Assist in implementing and maintaining different ServiceNow modules and third-party integrations, working under the guidance of more senior team members
• Work seamlessly within multi-functional teams, interacting with clients to understand their needs and building solutions that address them
• Review user stories to understand requirements and technical architecture documentation for solutions
• Develop foundational knowledge of ServiceNow development practices and best practices across the software development lifecycle
• Write scripts using JavaScript to implement business logic and improve user experience, while ensuring accuracy and reliability
• Create clear and concise technical documentation, including technical design documentation, build/configuration documentation, and release notes
• Be responsible for unit testing and end-to-end testing of technical development, fixing related defects until final deployment across sub-production and production environments
• Learn and apply best practices for ServiceNow development, security, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under the mentorship of experienced developers
• Gain exposure to ServiceNow integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, LDAP, and SSO
• Participate in training sessions and certifications to enhance ServiceNow expertise and stay updated on platform advancements

#WinningRequirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent, or in similar technical-scientific disciplines (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Biomedics, Economics)
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing SaaS solutions
• Eagerness to learn how to configure and customize ServiceNow, to achieve ServiceNow’s professional certifications and continuously develop your skills
• Solid foundation in Programming languages (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS)
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Greek language
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable

Bonus qualifications:

• Communication protocols knowledge (HTTP, JSON, API, etc.)
• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL, Oracle)
• Cybersecurity concepts understanding
• Exposure on ITIL processes
