Responsible for delivering best-in-class digital shelf execution and supporting trade marketing initiatives, the role leverages market insights and performance analytics to optimize execution, enhance the consumer experience and accelerate brand performance across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:
- Drive digital shelf excellence across e-pharma partners, ensuring optimized online brand visibility and content.
- Execute digital campaigns, product launches, and online merchandising initiatives to maximize performance.
- Monitor digital performance, analyze key KPIs and recommend actions to drive growth.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and support channel strategies.
- Manage online marketing investments, monitor budgets, and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial and external partners to deliver best-in-class execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Bachelor’s Degree with expertise /focus on e-commerce, marketing, or related field
- MSc would be an asset
- Proven experience in a fast-paced commercial environment, preferably within FMCG
- Practical knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales environments (experience with e-pharma or online retail channels will be considered a strong asset).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify critical issues, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and structured follow-through.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPointand Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Greek and English.
