8SE Oncology clinic - Montlake has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist Supervisor.
WORK SCHEDULE

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
- Coordination and monitoring of staff, scheduling systems, payroll and timekeeping systems, educational tracking systems and other systems that support the Nurse Manager
- Customer service to patients, staff and medical team members
- Interviewing and recommending the selection of candidates
- Ordering of unit supplies, equipment and facilities management
- Take a proactive role in efficient operations of the unit
- Responsible for the overall leadership and supervision of the Health Unit Coordinator and other assigned staff
- Managing, collecting and reporting of unit data
- Other assigned duties
- REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in a medically related or public relations field
- AND Four years of experience as a Health Unit Coordinator
- OR High School graduation or equivalent and four years experience as a Health Unit Coordinator and a UW Supervisory Skill Certificate.
- Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.
