Flutter Lead Developer

Engineering Leuven, Belgium Full-time

About This Role

You set the technical direction for our client projects, from greenfield Flutter apps to BLE-driven IoT integrations. You make the architectural decisions, guard quality, and sit at the table with clients to help decide where the product is going. One role, three responsibilities: technical direction, code, and the team that ships it.

Requirements

  • •5+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 3 years of deep Flutter/Dart
  • •Strong experience architecting scalable, maintainable codebases
  • •A clear opinion on state management (BLoC, Riverpod, or similar) you can defend and adjust
  • •Demonstrated experience guiding or leading developers
  • •Apps shipped to production on both iOS and Android
  • •Fluent Dutch communication, spoken and written, for client collaboration
  • •Experience with REST and GraphQL API integrations
  • •Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines (Codemagic, GitHub Actions, Fastlane, or similar)
  • •Bonus: experience with BLE, IoT, or embedded systems
