The Client Success Manager - Data Exchange, will lead a high-performing team responsible for onboarding and integrating clients onto Unum's digital platforms. This role is focused on people management, operational excellence, and ensuring a seamless client experience while partnering with Technology, Product, and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.The Role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Integration & Implementation Consultants and Technical Graduates.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, development, and exceptional client outcomes.
- Oversee the successful delivery of API, file-based, and system integrations for clients.
- Manage team capacity, priorities, and performance to meet client and business objectives.
Create a positive and engaging team culture by developing talent, recognizing achievements, supporting career growth, and ensuring team members are equipped to succeed and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Act as an escalation point for complex client and operational issues.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide client insights and drive improvements.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and support cross-functional projects.
- Use reporting and metrics to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
What You Offer
- 6+ years' experience in technical implementations, integrations, client services, HR technology, SaaS, or a related field.
- Proven people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
- Experience leading technical, operational, or client-facing teams.
- Strong understanding of API, file-based, and system integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for developing people and driving results.
