Experienced - Cyber Security Operations

We are seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to join the Security Operations team at Deloitte NextHub in Bari, working in a Hybrid mode.

The business offers advisory services related to the detection and countering of Cyber threats that affect customers.

You will be involved in security management of customer infrastructure/data: monitoring, analysis, threat hunting, response to security incidents.

Your Role

The Experienced resource will be integrated into a work team and responsible for:

• SOC/CERT and Cyber Threat Hunting: analysis, design and review of processes and technology solutions supporting security operations and incident management, security event management and monitoring, cyber threat hunting
• Managing the deployment, configuration and use of cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS and SOAR
• Incident handling and supporting customers during the mitigation and remediation processes

What we offer

The annual gross compensation for the Consultant position ranges between EUR 28.000 and EUR 34.000, and for the Senior Consultant position ranges between EUR 35.500 and EUR 44.000.

The employment level will be defined during the selection process, based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector (CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi).

The specific compensation package - including any variable components (such as MBO) and additional benefits - will depend on the assessment of the candidate’s profile against the requirements of the role.

Winning Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience preferably in Consulting companies
• Strong skills in Cyber Security: SOC/CERT- Cyber Threat Hunting
• Good knowledge in Cyber Security: preferably in SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, EDR e di Cyber Defence
• Good knowledge in System Administration: Microsoft Active Directory, router, Firewall, switch, balancers, waf, ips
• Strong skills in problem-solving and critical thinking
• Strong skills in teamworking
• Fluent knowledge of the English language
