We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Application Support Specialist to join our team based in Nicosia, Cyprus.
What You’ll Do:
First-Level Support: Be the first point of contact for user questions and technical issues.
Minor Changes: Make small adjustments to applications when needed.
User Management: Add and manage user accounts within the system.
Escalation: Forward more complex issues to second-level support or solution vendors.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of problems and their solutions.
Learning: Participate in training sessions to better understand the application.
Teamwork: Collaborate with IT team members to improve the application and user satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy & quality
Flexible & adaptable in fast-paced settings
Strong organizational & time management skills
Willingness to learn
Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
Able to work independently & in a team
Fluent in Greek & English
