Full Stack Developer - Python

We are looking for an experienced Python Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, production-grade applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Build robust REST APIs using FastAPI or Django.
• Develop responsive frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Build and deploy applications using Docker.
• Develop automated test suites using pytest and unittest.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimise application performance.
• Work with Linux environments, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI and/or Django; React.js ; TypeScript; PostgreSQL; SQLAlchemy; REST API development; Docker; Git; Linux; CI/CD pipelines; Bash/Shell scripting; object-orientated programming; design patterns; async programming (asyncio); microservices architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 1-10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
