Growth Product Manager

This role is open to both Product Manager and Senior Product Manager levels, depending on experience. We're looking for 2-6 years of relevant PM experience, ideally with a strong track record in consumer growth.

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the growth roadmap across the full funnel: acquisition, onboarding/activation, engagement, retention, and monetisation.
• Design, launch, and analyse A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion, activation rates, D1/D7/D30 retention, and LTV.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to ship growth features fast and iterate based on data.
• Deep-dive into user behaviour and funnel analytics to identify friction points and untapped opportunities.
• Build and manage onboarding flows, paywalls, pricing/packaging experiments, referral and virality loops, and re-engagement (push, email, in-app) systems.
• Define and track North Star and growth metrics; report impact clearly to leadership.
• Develop a strong intuition for the English-learning user, their motivations, drop-off points, and what keeps them coming back.
• Stay on top of growth best practices from consumer/subscription apps and adapt them to our product and users.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of Product Management experience, with meaningful time spent on growth, lifecycle, or monetisation at a consumer app or subscription (D2C) product.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, comfortable writing SQL, working in tools like Amplitude/Mixpanel, and structuring your own experiment analysis.
• Proven experience running structured A/B tests and translating results into product decisions.
• Track record of measurably moving activation, retention, or revenue metrics.
• Excellent product sense and user empathy, paired with a bias for speed and iteration.
• Strong communication skills able to align cross-functional stakeholders and tell a clear story with data.
• Experience with subscription/paywall optimisation, onboarding design, or lifecycle/CRM messaging is a strong plus.
• Prior experience at an edtech, language-learning, or other high-retention consumer app is a bonus, not a requirement.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with mobile app growth (iOS/Android specific metrics, ASO, deep linking).
• Familiarity with AI/ML-personalized product experiences.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
