Sales Enablement Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to design and run the training programs that keep our Home Improvement sales team sharp, confident, and ready to help contractors grow their business. You’ll build onboarding curriculum, run our weekly all-hands learning series, coach reps directly, and partner across the business to make sure our team always has the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

This role is a great fit for someone who loves building structured learning experiences and thrives on translating complex, technical material into training that actually sticks.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and continuously improve training and certification programs for our sales team
• Lead new hire onboarding, including our structured onboarding cycle for new hires
• Plan and facilitate our weekly team-wide learning session, covering product updates, market trends, and skill-building
• Coach individual reps on sales technique, product knowledge, and financing concepts
• Partner cross-functionally with Underwriting, Risk, Merchant Support, and Product teams to keep training current and accurate
• Build and run our summer internship program
• Own other projects as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• 5 years of experience in education, sales enablement, or corporate training
• Teaching or classroom instruction background a plus
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills - comfortable leading a room
• Ability to translate technical or financial concepts into clear, practical training
• Strong cross-functional collaborator who can work with Sales, Risk, Product, and Support
• Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services a plus but not required
