Performance Marketing Specialist
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns targeting the Vietnamese market. You will own campaign performance end to end, from media buying and audience targeting to conversion tracking and reporting, with a clear focus on ROI.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok Ads, and other performance channels.
Optimize campaigns daily against core performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
Manage advertising budgets, allocate spend across channels, and ensure efficient pacing toward monthly targets.
Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve results.
Localize ad copy and campaign messaging for the Vietnamese market, ensuring language and cultural relevance.
Set up and maintain conversion tracking and attribution (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel).
Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights for data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and product teams, as well as external partners and vendors, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Stay up to date with platform changes, ad policies, and performance marketing trends in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Native Vietnamese speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads); experience targeting the Vietnamese market is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate) and how to optimize toward them.
Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
Strong skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting; comfortable building simple dashboards.
Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.
