Poszukujemy Senior/Lead Automation QE (Quality Engineer), który dołączy do międzynarodowego zespołu realizującego długoterminowe projekty dla klientów z sektora finansowego, ubezpieczeniowego, healthcare oraz life sciences. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiadać za kompleksowe zapewnienie jakości, rozwój automatyzacji testów oraz wsparcie zespołu QA w nowoczesnym środowisku opartym o AI, chmurę i rozwiązania enterprise.Oferujemy:

  • Stawkę od 940 PLN netto MD dla kandydatów z minimum 6-letnim doświadczeniem do 1300 PLN netto MD dla ekspertów z ponad 12-letnim doświadczeniem

Zakres obowiązków

  • Projektowanie, rozwój i utrzymanie automatycznych testów funkcjonalnych oraz E2E
  • Realizacja testów manualnych, eksploracyjnych oraz regresyjnych w zależności od potrzeb projektu
  • Tworzenie strategii testowania i rekomendowanie najlepszych praktyk QA
  • Zapewnienie jakości procesu E2E od analizy wymagań do końcowej akceptacji biznesowej (UAT)
  • Weryfikacja jakości danych pomiędzy warstwą frontendową, API oraz backendem
  • Tworzenie i utrzymanie testów API oraz integracyjnych
  • Analiza, raportowanie oraz retest zgłoszonych defektów
  • Współpraca z zespołami developerskimi, analitykami biznesowymi oraz interesariuszami projektu
  • Utrzymanie i rozwój procesów CI/CD wspierających automatyzację testów
  • Wykorzystanie narzędzi AI do generowania przypadków testowych, analizy błędów oraz optymalizacji pokrycia testów
  • Mentoring oraz wsparcie mniej doświadczonych członków zespołu QA
  • Praca w środowisku wielokulturowym oraz udział w projektach o wysokiej dynamice zmian

Wymagania

  • Minimum 6 lat doświadczenia w obszarze Quality Assurance, Test Automation lub Software Testing
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość narzędzi do automatyzacji testów, w szczególności Playwright (preferowany z TypeScript)
  • Doświadczenie z jednym lub kilkoma narzędziami: pytest, Robot Framework, Selenium, Postman, curl
  • Gotowość do łączenia testów manualnych i automatycznych w zależności od priorytetów projektu
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w testowaniu API oraz analizie danych z wykorzystaniem SQL
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i realizacji testów end-to-end
  • Znajomość GitHub oraz Azure DevOps
  • Umiejętność analizy wymagań biznesowych i przekładania ich na skuteczne scenariusze testowe
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku Agile/Scrum
  • Bardzo dobra komunikacja oraz umiejętność pracy w międzynarodowych zespołach
Nice to have:
  • Certyfikat ISTQB Foundation lub wyższy
  • Doświadczenie w obszarze Data Quality Testing oraz automatyzacji walidacji danych
  • Znajomość Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, AWS, Airflow, Python lub DBT
  • Doświadczenie w testach wydajnościowych i stresowych z wykorzystaniem JMeter lub podobnych narzędzi
  • Praktyczna znajomość rozwiązań AI, takich jak Azure OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude lub Cursor
  • Doświadczenie w wykorzystaniu GenAI do generowania przypadków testowych i scenariuszy testowych
  • Znajomość RAG, Agentic AI oraz MCP
  • Doświadczenie w AI-assisted defect analysis oraz AI-driven test automation
  • Doświadczenie w sektorze finansowym, ubezpieczeniowym, bankowym, płatniczym, healthcare, pharma lub life sciences
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z systemami regulowanymi (GxP)
  • Doświadczenie w roli Technical Lead, QA Lead lub mentorowaniu zespołów QA
