Jako Senior Golang Engineer będziesz aktywnie wpływać na decyzje techniczne, architekturę systemów, standardy developmentu oraz dobre praktyki inżynierskie. Będziesz ściśle współpracować z Product Ownerami, Designerami, Developerami Mobile oraz zespołem QA.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Projektowanie i rozwój skalowalnych usług backendowych w Golang

  • Tworzenie i utrzymanie API REST oraz GraphQL

  • Projektowanie architektury cloud-native oraz systemów rozproszonych

  • Udział w warsztatach technicznych i dyskusjach architektonicznych

  • Współpraca z międzynarodowymi klientami i interesariuszami

  • Poprawa wydajności, skalowalności i niezawodności systemów

  • Tworzenie czystego, testowalnego i łatwego w utrzymaniu kodu

  • Code review oraz mentoring mniej doświadczonych inżynierów

  • Udział w działaniach CI/CD oraz DevOps

  • Wspieranie kultury inżynierskiej poprzez dzielenie się wiedzą i leadership techniczny

Wymagania

Must have

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia komercyjnego w IT

  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w Golang

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość architektury oprogramowania i wzorców projektowych

  • Doświadczenie w budowie skalowalnych systemów backendowych i API

  • Praktyczna znajomość architektury mikroserwisowej

  • Doświadczenie z bazami danych relacyjnymi i NoSQL

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość współbieżności, wielowątkowości i optymalizacji wydajności

  • Doświadczenie z Dockerem i środowiskami kontenerowymi

  • Znajomość platform chmurowych (AWS, GCP lub Azure)

  • Doświadczenie w pracy z CI/CD

  • Bardzo dobra komunikacja i język angielski min. B2+

Mile widziane

  • Kubernetes

  • Architektura event-driven

  • Kafka, RabbitMQ lub NATS

  • Doświadczenie w FinTech, MedTech, IoT lub SaaS

  • Znajomość narzędzi observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)

  • Doświadczenie w software house lub środowisku consultingowym
