1. Cel roli i kontekst projektu

Rola dotyczy udziału w strategicznym projekcie bankowym związanym z wdrożeniem i rozwojem systemu HCPortal oraz modułu Dokumenty Archiwalne, wspierającego digitalizację i archiwizację dokumentów w organizacji.

Celem stanowiska jest zapewnienie wysokiej jakości wdrażanych rozwiązań poprzez kompleksowe testy manualne oraz rozwój testów automatycznych w środowisku regulowanym. Tester pracuje w zespole projektowym (analitycy, deweloperzy, PM) oraz współpracuje z zewnętrznymi dostawcami systemu.

2. Zakres obowiązków

  • tworzenie i wykonywanie przypadków testowych na podstawie wymagań biznesowych i technicznych

  • realizacja testów funkcjonalnych, regresyjnych oraz akceptacyjnych

  • testowanie API (np. Postman) oraz weryfikacja danych w bazach danych przy użyciu SQL

  • raportowanie błędów w Jira, analiza defektów i weryfikacja poprawek

  • ścisła współpraca z analitykami oraz zespołem developerskim w zakresie analizy problemów

  • tworzenie skryptów i rozwój automatyzacji testów (np. Selenium, TestNG)

  • udział w zapewnianiu jakości wdrożeń systemów klasy enterprise

3. Wymagania i technologie

Wymagane:

  • min. 4 lata doświadczenia w testowaniu oprogramowania

  • praktyczna znajomość Jira i Confluence

  • doświadczenie w testach API

  • umiejętność pisania zapytań SQL

  • znajomość metodyk Agile/Scrum

Mile widziane:

  • doświadczenie w projektach bankowych / finansowych

  • znajomość systemów DMS/ECM

  • certyfikat ISTQB

  • doświadczenie w automatyzacji testów (Selenium, TestNG)

  • współpraca z dostawcami zewnętrznymi w projektach wdrożeniowych
