Чем предстоит заниматься

  • собирать, подготавливать и анализировать бизнес-требования

  • разрабатывать функциональные требования (FSD)

  • описывать бизнес-процессы в нотации BPMN 2.0

  • проводить первичный анализ, декомпозицию и оценку инициатив

  • подготавливать бэклог к квартальному планированию, управлять бэклогом

  • планировать работу команды, спринты, координировать кросс-командные инициативы

  • управлять полным циклом реализации (delivery): сроками, рисками и результатами

  • оценивать возможности команды (в том числе capacity)

Наши ожидания

  • высшее образование

  • знание АБС «ЦФТ-Банк», Diasoft FA#, SunGard Front Arena: архитектура, модули и компоненты, структура таблиц, умение читать и писать код

  • проектирование API, работа с форматами XML, XSD, JSON, SOAP

  • работа с базами данных: уверенное владение SQL (Oracle), написание сложных запросов
