Чем предстоит заниматься

  • анализировать и подготавливать функциональные требования на доработку системы
  • проводить системный анализ предложений бизнес-подразделений банка, в части использования программных комплексов и автоматизации бизнес-процессов
  • проводить тестирование ИС
  • подготавливать пользовательские инструкции и документацию по использованию ИС
  • внедрять и сопровождать разработанные проектные решения
  • участвовать в разборе ошибок с "боя" по обращениям клиентов, как 3-я линия поддержки

Наши ожидания

  • опыт работы системным аналитиком от 2-х лет
  • опыт работы с Camunda
  • опыт работы на банковском проекте
  • опыт работы по стеку технологий: PostgreSQL, REST API, SOAP, Kafka, BPMN, XML, Jira, Confluence, Postman, + UML, SQL, Swagger
