Чем предстоит заниматься

  • управлять командой менеджеров по привлечению и развитию клиентов среднего бизнеса сегмента от 800 млн до 5 млрд
  • обеспечивать выполнение плановых показателей по приросту активной базы, кредитного и пассивного портфеля
  • обеспечивать выполнение установленных плановых показателей
  • отвечать за обучение сотрудников, разрабатывать планы работы
  • искать и привлекать новых клиентов среднего бизнеса на обслуживание в банк

  • высшее образование
  • экспертиза в банковских продуктах и услугах для юридических лиц
  • навыки структурирования, АФХД, защита сделок на кредитном комитете
  • опыт руководящей работы в подразделениях банков по продажами клиентам среднего бизнеса от 5 человек
