Job Description

WeareseekingahighlyskilledDevOpsInfrastructureEngineer to design, build, automate, and support cloud infrastructure platformsacrossAWSandhybridenvironments.Thishands-onengineeringrolerequiresdeepexpertiseinAWS,Terraform,CloudWAN,enterprisenetworking,infrastructureautomation,CI/CD,anddisasterrecovery.Theidealcandidatewillowninfrastructuresolutionsfromarchitecturethroughoperations,drivingreliability,scalability,security,andautomationacrosscriticalbusinessplatforms.

KeyResponsibilities

• Design,build,andmaintainscalableAWSinfrastructure usingTerraform acrossmultipleaccounts,regions,andenvironments.
• ArchitectandsupportenterprisenetworkingsolutionsincludingVPCs,TransitGateway,CloudWAN,DirectConnect,VPN,Route53DNS,routing,andloadbalancing.
• Develop,implement,andvalidatemulti-regiondisasterrecovery strategiestoensureplatformresilienceandbusinesscontinuity.
• Build,optimize,andmaintainGitLabCI/CD andJenkins pipelinesforautomatedinfrastructureprovisioning,testing,deployment,andgovernance.
• Supportcloudmodernizationandmigrationinitiativesinvolvingcontainers,databases,serverlesstechnologies,messagingplatforms,observabilitytools,andsecuritycontrols.
• Troubleshootcomplexinfrastructure,cloud,andnetworkconnectivityissues,drivingroot-causeanalysisandlong-termremediation.
• Partnerwithnetwork,security,applicationdevelopment,andplatformengineeringteamstodeliversecure,compliant,andhighlyavailablesolutions.
• Continuouslyimproveinfrastructureautomation,operationalprocesses,monitoring,documentation,andplatformreliabilitythroughInfrastructure-as-Codebestpractices.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

- Five to six years of relevant experience

Skills/Experience

• Stronghands-onexperiencewithAWScloudservices includingEC2,Lambda,ECS,EKS,SQS,Aurora,SecretsManager,KMS,Route53,andCloudWatch.
• ExpertiseinTerraform forInfrastructure-as-Code(IaC),automatedprovisioning,configurationmanagement,andinfrastructurelifecyclemanagement.
• ExperiencebuildingandmaintainingGitLabCI/CD,Jenkins,andinfrastructuredeploymentpipelines withinDevOpsenvironments.
• DeepunderstandingofAWSnetworkingandhybridconnectivity,includingVPC,TransitGateway,CloudWAN,DirectConnect,VPN,routing,DNS,andload-balancingarchitectures.
• Experiencesupportingmulti-accountAWSenvironments,cross-accountaccessmodels,governanceframeworks,andcloudsecuritybestpractices.
• Provenexperiencedesigning,implementing,andsupportinghigh-availabilityanddisasterrecoverysolutions acrossmultipleregionsandenvironments.
• Strongtroubleshooting,analytical,communication,andtechnicaldocumentationskillswiththeabilitytoresolvecomplexinfrastructureandconnectivitychallenges.
• Experienceworkinginfinancialservices,payments,PCI-regulated,orotherhighlyregulatedenvironments,withafocusonsecurity,compliance,andoperationalexcellence.

Location expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
