Job Description

KeyResponsibilities

• Leadadministration,maintenance,andoptimizationofWindowsServer infrastructuretoensurehighavailability,performance,andreliability.

• ServeastheprimaryescalationpointforcomplexLevel3incidents,drivingrootcauseanalysisandlong-termresolution.

• ManageandsupportActiveDirectory,GroupPolicy,authenticationservices,andidentitymanagementsolutions.

• Drivevulnerabilityremediation,securityhardening,patching,andcomplianceinitiativesacrossenterpriseenvironments.

• Design,develop,andmaintainautomationsolutions usingPowerShell,infrastructure-as-code,andorchestrationtoolstoimproveoperationalefficiency.

• Supportandoptimizehybridcloud environmentsacrossAWS andMicrosoftAzure,includingmigrationsandcloud-basedoperations.

• TroubleshootandresolveissuesrelatedtoWindowsperformance,storage,filesystems,permissions,networking,andinfrastructureservices.

• Providetechnicalleadership,mentorjuniorengineers,anddrivecontinuousimprovement,standardization,andmodernizationinitiativesacrosstheinfrastructureplatform.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

- Five to six years of relevant experience

RequiredSkills&Experience

• 5+yearsofenterpriseWindowsInfrastructureexperience supportinglarge-scaleWindowsServer environments.

• StrongexpertiseinActiveDirectory,GroupPolicy,authenticationservices,identitymanagement,andenterpriseadministration.

• AdvancedexperiencewithWindowsperformancemonitoring,troubleshooting,androotcauseanalysis.

• Hands-onexperiencewithAWS andMicrosoftAzure infrastructure,hybridcloudoperations,andcloudsupport.

• StrongknowledgeofWindowspatchmanagement,packagedeployment,securityupdates,andsystemlifecyclemanagement.

• Experiencewithautomationandscripting,includingPowerShell,configurationmanagement,orchestration,andinfrastructureautomationframeworks.

• Deepunderstandingofvulnerabilityremediation,securityhardening,compliancecontrols,andoperationalbestpractices.

• Advancedtroubleshootingskillsacrossstorage,filesystems,permissions,networking,andenterpriseinfrastructureservices;RedHatLinux experienceisaplus.

Location expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
