Automation Operator- Off Shift - Monday to Friday (10:00pm - 6:00am)

Overview

US Conec is seeking a detail-oriented Automation Operator to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating semi-automated and fully automated assembly machines to produce precision components. This role requires pre-assembly of small parts under a microscope, machine monitoring, performing minor adjustments, and ensuring that products meet established quality and safety standards. The operator plays a key role in maintaining efficiency and supporting production 

goals.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor semi- and fully automated assembly machines.
  • Pre-assemble small parts using microscopes, fixtures, and hand tools when required.
  • Inspect components and finished products to verify they meet specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain consistent quality and production efficiency.
  • Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
  • Record production activity, equipment issues, and promptly report concerns to supervisors and Assembly Technicians.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets

Must Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation preferred.
  • Ability to handle small components and work with microscopes.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly and/or machine operation.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
