Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for driving digital transformation in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector? UST is looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across Singapore's BFSI market.

What You'll Do

·Drive new business growth and expand strategic BFSI accounts

·Build and manage a strong pipeline across Banking, Insurance, Payments & Wealth Management

·Lead sales pursuits for Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity & Managed Services

··Develop executive-level client relationships and strategic account plans

·Manage proposals, negotiations, and deal closures end-to-end

What We're Looking For

·7-10 years of BFSI technology/services sales experience

·Proven success in closing transformation and managed services deals

·Strong understanding of Banking, Insurance, Payments & Fintech ecosystems

·Expertise in Digital, Cloud, AI, Data, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Solutions

·Excellent stakeholder management and consultative selling skills

Preferred:

Strong network within Singapore's banking, insurance, fintech, and financial services community.
