Summary:

UST is looking for a skilled Automation and End-to-End Testing professional with strong expertise in Playwright (TypeScript), API Testing, Web/Mobile Testing, and SQL, coupled with valuable Healthcare/PBM domain knowledge, to support CarelonRx PBM Digital Systems applications.

The Opportunity:

Design, develop, and execute test plans for CarelonRx PBM Digital Systems applications. · Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across member-facing web portals, mobile applications, APIs, and backend systems. · Validate REST APIs using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or equivalent tools. · Collaborate with business, product, and development teams to understand PBM workflows and business requirements. · Perform SQL-based data validation and backend verification. · Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript. · Implement and enhance automation frameworks utilizing Page Object Model (POM), reusable components, and fixture-based test data management. · Validate member enrollment, eligibility, pricing, formulary, claims, and other PBM business processes. ·· Execute test cases, identify defects, track issues, and support resolution activities. ·· Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. ·· Support IST late-shift collaboration with business and onshore stakeholders as required.

What you need:

6-8 years of total experience in end-to-end testing and automation testing (minimum 5 years of relevant experience). ·· Strong understanding of CarelonRx PBM business processes and workflows. ·· Experience with Digital Systems, Member Portals, and Mobile Applications. ·· Strong defect management, test case design, and test execution skills. ·· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. ·· Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Required Skills:

API Testing & REST API validation (Postman, Swagger, etc.) · Playwright automation framework using TypeScript · Web and Mobile Testing · SQL and database validation · Page Object Model (POM) architecture · Fixture-based test data management and reusable automation components · Healthcare domain knowledge (Pharmacy Benefit Management / PBM preferred)

Desired Skills:

Prior experience with Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) domain · Experience using qTest and JIRA · Mobile application testing experience

Qualification: · Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
