The Role

UST is searching for a highly skilled Software Solution Architect, or hands-on architect with strong expertise in building scalable, production-ready AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in agent-based AI systems, LLM-enabled applications, and cloud-native development, with a focus on enterprise-grade implementations

What You’ll Do

·Design and develop AI/ML pipelines and intelligent applications

··Build and implement agent-based workflows and automation systems

·Develop LLM-enabled applications including prompt engineering and structured outputs

·Implement retrieval-based systems (RAG, vector search, embeddings, indexing)

·Develop and integrate APIs with backend systems

·Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred)

··Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure system reliability

·Enable observability through logging, monitoring, and tracing

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions

Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote-US

Compensation Range: $143,000-$215,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
