工作职责 / Responsibilities

1、充分理解公司的相关服务工作流程，并能严格遵照执行，不断提升责任客户满意度和忠诚度;

2、负责执行仪器产品例行维护和维修工作;

3、根据技术手册或者总部的要求，完成仪器安装、保养和常见故障排除工作;

4、根据总部制定的日程表，对本地代理商工程师和终端客户开展培训工作;

5、根据公司服务流程的要求，及时和准确地完成维修数据的更新;

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科及以上学历，生物、医学、电子电气、机械工程等相关专业;

2、英语、俄语等可作为工作语言;

3、熟练应用微软办公软件;

4、有IVD行业客服工作经验者优先。
