Мы ищем ML Engineer (R&D) для разработки и интеграции ML-решений на classified платформу.

Основные задачи:

  • Алгоритмическая модерация контента: detection, segmentation, classification изображений
  • Извлечение ключевой информации (KIE) из объявлений
  • Feature engineering и стандартизация товарных данных
  • Оценка рыночной стоимости и скоринг товаров
  • Разработка онлайн-рекомендательных систем

Обязанности:

  • R&D и интеграция ML-решений (content moderation, scoring, recommendation systems)
  • Benchmarking и адаптация pretrained моделей, организация датасетов и разметки
  • Постановка экспериментов, A/B-тестирование, оценка метрик и deployment
  • Работа с cloud-инфраструктурой: удаленные машины, Kubernetes
  • Архитектура ML-систем, clean code на Python (типизация, тесты, CI/CD)

Ключевые компетенции:

  • Сильная академическая база: теория вероятностей, матстатистика, матанализ, линейная алгебра
  • Опыт работы с PyTorch: обучение, инференс, конвертация моделей (ONNX/TensorRT), квантизация
  • Компьютерное зрение: детекция, сегментация, классификация, OCR/KIE
  • Рекомендательные системы: коллаборативная фильтрация, эмбеддинги, ранжирование, contrastive learning
  • Облачные платформы, Linux, SSH, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Python (типизация, ООП, асинхронность), паттерны проектирования, CI/CD
  • Работа с данными: SQL/NoSQL, Airflow, кластеризация, фича-сторы, легкие бэкенд-сервисы
  • Понимание метрик качества ML-моделей и экспериментов
  • Опыт работы с системами реального времения
  • Русский (свободное владение), английский A2+
  • Уверенное владение современными агентскими системами (Claude, Cursor и др.)
  • Интеграция автоматизированных решений с провайдерами ML-инференса
