We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong experience in AWS, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, automation, and observability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining highly available, scalable, secure, and reliable production platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain highly available AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Manage infrastructure using Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, preferably AWS EKS.

- Develop and maintain Helm charts / Helm-based deployments.

- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps/Azure Pipelines.

- Automate infrastructure and operational activities using Ansible and/or PowerShell.

- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and/or Datadog.

- Establish and improve SRE practices around availability, reliability, scalability, performance, and incident management.

- Participate in production incident response, troubleshooting, RCA, and problem management.

- Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.

- Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve deployment and recovery processes.

- Support disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, and high-availability initiatives.

- Implement security best practices including IAM, least privilege, secrets management, and infrastructure hardening.

- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Security, and Platform Engineering teams.

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve system reliability, deployment velocity, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills :

- AWS : EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch.

- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.

- Kubernetes / AWS EKS.

- Helm / Helm Charts.

- CI/CD : GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Azure Pipelines.

- Automation : Ansible and/or PowerShell.

- Monitoring & Observability : Prometheus, Grafana, and/or Datadog.

- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting.

- Scripting knowledge such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

- Strong understanding of networking, security, scalability, and high availability.

- Experience with incident management, RCA, DR, and production support.

SRE Experience :

- Experience working in an SRE / DevOps / Platform Engineering environment.

- Hands-on experience improving MTTR, availability, reliability, and system performance.

- Experience implementing SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, monitoring, alerting, and error-budget practices.

- Experience with production incident response and root-cause analysis.

- Experience automating operational processes and reducing manual intervention.
