V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Software Engineer IV for our premier client St Louis, MO.




Education and Experience:

• Experience integrating systems through APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing and supporting software solutions in production environments.

• Working knowledge of C#, Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of testing, quality assurance, and release management practices.
• Interest in AI engineering, RAG applications, agentic workflows, LLM-based systems, or AI-enabled automation.

• Experience with Blue Prism, UiPath, and/or ABBYY OCR.
• Experience with intelligent document processing or AI-enabled automation
• Experience with Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building AI workflows that leverage tools, APIs, MCP servers, and external systems.
• Understanding of agent architecture patterns, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation techniques.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.

• Help build and evolve RAG, agent-based, and AI workflow solutions under the guidance of senior technical leadership.
• Implement AI observability, tracing, and monitoring capabilities.
• Integrate AI and automation solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, document repositories, and file-based systems.
• Design and develop automation solutions, primarily using Blue Prism, UiPath.

• Takes ownership and follows problems through to resolution.
• Self-motivated and comfortable learning quickly in a rapidly evolving technical space.
• Proactively identifies process exceptions, edge cases, and risks.
• Balances speed, quality, reliability, and maintainability.
