Assembler - 3rd Shift

As an Assembler, you will play a vital role on our manufacturing team, supporting the build of Potter Global Technologies products from individual components through final assembly. What You’ll Do

• Increase consistency in operations through the ability to read and follow written instructions from an operation manual when assembling products
• Use hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, box cutters and power tools to craft Potter Global Technologies products
• Complete packing operations by packaging parts into cartons and taping boxes using auto tape dispensers
• Serve as a partner to the Quality Control Team by ensuring all standard operating procedures and work instructions are followed
• Actively create a safe and secure work environment through adhering to all company safety measures
• Contribute to a collaborative environment by proactively resolving conflicts and being a supportive team member
• Collaborate with manufacturing leaders to accept feedback in an effort to increase performance and product quality
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones

• Prior experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting using tools to assemble small items is preferred
