Matcharista / Barista

At Vale, our goal is to make magic and bring the real benefits of match to everyone. We are a group of fun-loving, matcha enthusiasts who believe that a good idea can come from anywhere. As a Matcharista and Barista, you are more than a drink maker - you are a storyteller, host, and guide. You bring the passion, intention, and beauty of matcha to life while creating moments of genuine connection for every guest. You take pride in precision, presence, and a hospitality that feels warm, calm, and a little magical.

Matcharistas primarily work in our cafes, but also support matcha bars and special events throughout the city. The job is fast paced, and may not be for everyone! Coffee experience is required for cafe roles.
