Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through effective sales initiatives and action plans.
• Coach and develop the team on customer service, selling skills and product knowledge.
• Lead daily briefings and support the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain strong retail standards, store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Support store opening, closing and day-to-day operations in line with company SOPs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and minimise stock losses.
• Manage floor coverage, team performance and timely store reporting.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of retail experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Open to SPM leavers and above.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
