Position Summary

Responsible for leading store operations, driving sales performance, managing and developing the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high operational and brand standards to achieve overall business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Sales & Customer Service: Achieve sales targets, execute strategies, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining the brand’s luxury image.
  • • Store Operations: Follow SOPs for opening/closing, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure proper visual merchandising.
  • • Inventory & Reporting: Manage stock, conduct regular counts, resolve discrepancies, and update reports accurately.
  • • Compliance & Development: Adhere to company policies, handle customer concerns, and continuously enhance product knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • • Ideal to have at least 3-4 years of fashion retail experience with people management/leadership experience
  • • Strong sales and operational skills to manage inventory, merchandising, and store performance.
  • • Excellent customer service and clienteling to build strong relationships with potential clients.
