Key Responsibilities

• Drive individual and store sales performance through effective sales execution.
• Lead the team on customer service, product knowledge and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Support store opening, closing and day-to-day retail operations.
• Maintain strong retail standards, store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Support inventory accuracy and minimise stock losses.
• Assist with team scheduling, floor coverage and day-to-day team leadership.
• Support timely reporting and maintain accurate store documentation.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Open to SPM leavers and above.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
