SAP BW Consultant

As an SAP BW Consultant, you will bring both functional and technical perspective to critical data initiatives, helping teams make sound architectural decisions, resolve complex issues, and support the transition between established SAP BW environments and newer Datasphere-related approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical guidance on SAP BW architecture and data modeling.
• Support the roadmap and coexistence or migration between SAP BW and SAP BDC Datasphere.
• Lead complex L2/L3 SAP BW incidents and problem management.
• Review extraction designs using Theobald and Velocity.
• Support governance standards and mentor BW developers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BW/BI consulting, data warehousing, and solution delivery.
• Deep experience with SAP BW/BI architecture and data modeling, along with knowledge of SAP BDC Datasphere or Data Warehouse Cloud concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Theobald and Velocity integration patterns.
• Proven ability to work with business users, IT leadership, SAP technical teams, and client-side project managers across requirements gathering, solution design, architecture discussions, issue resolution, and project coordination.
• Eligibility to work in Egypt.
• Experience leading SAP data warehouse projects is a plus.
