This role is an opportunity to contribute to complex payroll programs where accuracy, compliance, and integration across business systems are essential. As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering payroll solutions that connect HR, finance, and operational processes, while helping clients navigate implementation milestones with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations.
• Design and review country-specific payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
• Configure payroll integrations with Employee Central, FI, Time Management, and third-party systems.
• Provide expert support during UAT, parallel payroll runs, and go-live.
• Guide and review junior payroll consultants.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Experience delivering 5-7 end-to-end ECP or SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects, including at least 2 end-to-end Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM Payroll, including SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC).
• Experience configuring payroll integrations between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Experience working in multi-country payroll environments with strong knowledge of country-specific payroll regulations, schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
• Experience working directly with payroll leads, HR teams, Finance teams, and client-side business stakeholders during requirements gathering, UAT, parallel payroll runs, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Fluent in English.
• Eligible to work in Egypt.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Exposure to GCC payroll.
• Relevant SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certifications.
