We are looking for a Product Manager, Lifecycle Data and Reference Management to join our Lifecycle Concepts & Reference Management team.

In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to develop and continuously improve the practices, processes, tools, and data foundations that support Valmet's lifecycle business and customer experience. You will collaborate extensively with stakeholders across business areas, functions, and regions to create efficient and scalable ways of working that help us serve our customers better throughout the lifecycle of their assets.

As Product Manager, you will combine strong collaboration skills with a data-driven mindset. You will help transform data into actionable insights and ensure that reference and asset-related information supports both internal decision-making and customer value creation.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reference management concepts, processes, and governance practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement of tools and ways of working related to reference management and lifecycle business support.
  • Collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders across business lines, sales, services, delivery, IT, and digital teams.
  • Support the development and utilization of asset and installed base data as a strategic business asset.
  • Identify opportunities for improving customer value, operational efficiency, and lifecycle business performance.
  • Facilitate alignment between business needs and digital solutions.
  • Promote best practices and support change management across the organization.

What we expect from you

  • Relevant higher education degree.
  • Experience in business development, product management, process development, lifecycle services, or related areas.
  • Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with people from different functions, cultures, and backgrounds.
  • Analytical and structured way of working with an interest in data and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with digital tools and data management is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
