Senior Designer

About the Job:

We are looking for a creative and versatile Senior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will own the visual identity of our brands across digital, social, and print channels, creating engaging content that is both visually compelling and consistent with brand guidelines. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Areas of key responsibilities:

Brand & Creative Design

• Develop and evolve visual identities for brands, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Design logos, brand guidelines, and creative concepts from scratch.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.
• Translate business objectives into compelling visual storytelling.

Website Design

• Build visually compelling, high-converting and responsive websites and landing pages.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and user-friendly layouts.
• Optimize designs and animations for desktop and mobile experiences.

Social Media & Digital Content

• Create engaging social media designs (images, carousels, ads, and other promotional assets) - managing 4 brands simultaneously with a minimum of 2 posts per brand per week (8+ posts weekly).
• Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics for digital channels.
• Develop creative concepts that drive engagement and brand awareness for all social media platforms.

Event & Print Design

• Design event collateral including: Booth graphics, Banners, Signage, Brochures/Flyers, Swag and promotional materials
• Prepare print-ready files.

Presentation Design

• Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations and templates.
• Transform complex information into visually compelling and easy-to-understand slides.
• Support sales, marketing, leadership, and corporate communications teams.

Performance and Optimization

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay current on design trends and platform best practices.
• Conduct competitive audits to identify design gaps and opportunities.
• A/B test design approaches to continuously improve engagement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional design experience.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across website design, social media content, presentations, print assets, branding and logo creation, motion graphics, or other relevant marketing collateral.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro / After Effects).
• Strong web design skills with a strong understanding of UX/UI and conversion-focused designs; experience with Figma, Webflow, Framer or similar tools.
• Proven experience in social media content creation and platform-specific best practices.
• Print production knowledge (bleeds, CMYK, pre-press).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint with a strong grasp of presentation design principles.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools to accelerate creative output and design faster without sacrificing quality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to take feedback professionally.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance multiple brands, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS, AI and technology companies.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
• Experience working with multiple brands simultaneously.
• Illustration or animation skills.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools.
