The Role  

As a QA Manager, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 10+ Years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

• Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) 

Role Responsibilities

At least 10+ Years of QA Project Management experience with Playwright, Selenium Automation. Lamdatest, Postman Should be well versed with people management and problem-solving skills

AI skills: 

This role oversees the delivery of AI-powered testing services across multiple application streams

Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve factory efficiency

Ensure CI/CD integration across Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and JIRA/X-Ray pipelines

Own the roadmap for AI Copilot phases planned in TF

•    Develop and execute automation scripts on Desktop, Web,iOS Mobile native apps 
  • Experience on TestComplete. Selenium tools and data amalysis 
  • Experience in Retail eCommerce Domain
  • Java, Programming Knowledge & Automation - Selenium Tool Scripting 
  • Excellent software debugging and problem solving skills 
  • Consult with development engineers in resolution of problems

  • Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality

Note; Project Management Expert level, top class members with excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, enthusiastic and ability to learn quickly and contribute and grow.

Must have qualifications

• • Good Understanding on s/w testing & expertise on Managing Testing Projects
    • Drive the adoption and evolution of AI-powered testing tools - GitHub Copilot and AI platform
    • This role oversees the delivery of AI-powered testing services across multiple application streams
    • Strong experience on building Automation Testing strategy and a driving force towards implementing innovation solutions that addresses the entire breadth of client applications in the evolving world of digital and retail platforms
    • experience in defining end to end testing strategy for enterprise companies across web, mobile, desktop and implementing testing process for global digital platforms.
    • Strong knowledge on AI tools/ Functional/e2e/API testing and Automation frameworks
    • Preparing Test Metrics document. Interacting with developers and business analysts to resolve all testing-related issues.
  • Skills Good to have 

  Some Work Exp. in ORPOS (Oracle tool), Retail Domain, Digital Testing
