Sobre el puesto:
Ejecutar capacitaciones a vendedores y clientes finales, y realizar activaciones en tienda para impulsar el uso del método de pago en las tiendas asignadas, asegurando el cumplimiento de las metas de transacciones definidas para cada comercio.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Capacitación a vendedores.
- Capacitación y activación de tiendas físicas.
- Gestión de tiendas asignadas.
- Ejecución operativa.
- Reportería.
Requerimos:
- Estudiante del tercer año en Licenciatura de Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo o carreras afines.-
- Experiencia requerida 1 a 3 años de experiencia en Promotoría, Representante de ventas, Trade marketing, atención a comercios o puntos de venta.
- Habilidad en orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de metas.
- Manejo de herramientas digitales (Excel, paquete de office, Google, etc.)
- Carisma e influencia, generando relaciones y motivación con vendedores, proactividad y autonomía.
