Introduction

Vanderlande is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead the transformation and adoption of the End-to-End Digital Tool Chain across IE&T. This strategic role connects engineering, technology, product development, and business transformation, ensuring alignment and execution across multiple stakeholder groups.

Your Challenge

You will drive the digital tool chain roadmap, connecting processes, systems, governance, and people across the engineering value chain. Success requires strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, and the ability to deliver results in a complex environment.

What would you be doing?

• Define and execute the Digital Tool Chain transformation roadmap.
• Lead complex, cross-functional programs and governance structures.
• Align and influence senior stakeholders across the organization.
• Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Provide executive reporting, risk management, and decision support.

What should you bring (qualifications and expertise)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in program, transformation, or technology leadership.
• Proven success leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Exceptionally strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience translating strategy into execution and delivering business outcomes.

• Engineering Tool Chains, PLM, ALM, MBSE, or Digital Thread initiatives.
• Agile, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, or change management methodologies.
• Industrial automation, high-tech manufacturing, logistics automation, or similar industries.

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 6535,49 to € 8869,60 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
