What you’ll be doing:
- Lead effective Scrum and Kanban practices
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Reviews, Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement
- Coach teams on Agile principles, self-organisation and continuous improvement
- Improve delivery flow, capacity planning and predictability
- Identify bottlenecks, dependencies, risks and work-in-progress overload
- Use delivery metrics and team insights to support better decisions
- Coordinate work and dependencies across teams
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions
- Support the move from project-based delivery to product and value-focused delivery
- Build strong partnerships across development, product, operations and leadership
- Promote psychological safety, experimentation and evidence-based improvement
What you’ll need:
- 3-5+ years’ experience in Agile Coaching, delivery transformation, technology or product environments
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting software teams
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and modern engineering practices
- Proven coaching, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience using delivery metrics and basic analytics
- Familiarity with Jira and/or Azure DevOps
- The ability to influence without authority and work across multiple stakeholder groups
- A background in software development, QA or another technical discipline
- Experience with value stream mapping and servant leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Required certification:
An Agile certification such as CSP, PSM, CSM or Disciplined Agile.
Coaching, facilitation, Scaled Agile or Lean certifications will be advantageous.
