Role Summary

This role provides advanced level technical support for complex projects. Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves hardware or software issues that span multiple technology domains, as elevated from the team. Develops technical standards and documentation, enforces security best practices, supports disaster recovery and collaborates with teams to align cloud solutions with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Learns and understands client area business functions and requirements. Determines the appropriate technical tool to address the client's business needs.

• Trains and mentors more junior staff on processes and releases. Troubleshoots and resolves complex issues elevated from staff. Provides guidance and consultation as required. Updates, writes, and maintains documentation for the department.

• Test, deploy, and maintain AI systems under the guidance of senior team members, ensuring stability and performance in production environments.

• Support the implementation of AI solutions that integrate with existing business systems, contributing to improved functionality and user interaction.

• Monitor and manage data flows and infrastructure components to support effective AI deployment and day-to-day operations.

• Coordinate closely with vendors, Lines of Business, and project teams to investigate issues, track resolution progress, and ensure timely outcomes for clients.

• Stay current with AI trends and proactively flag opportunities to improve existing systems, workflows, and support processes.

• Execute rigorous validation and testing of AI platforms, documenting results to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure management, or cloud operations.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT) or equivalent experience.

• Ability to build BOTS, validate, test and deploy AI models, and experience in conversational AI tools/platforms

• Strong debugging skills and ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Hands-on expertise with GitHub, Bitbucket/Bamboo, AWS Services (Glue, S3, Lambda), Cloud based databases, CI/CD, Pipeline Development, Cloud Platform Development, Cloud Based Application Development, Python (Intermediate level)

• Experience Senior Engineer, being able to work independently, passionate about solving points of pain for developer community, scrum/agile methodologies

• Strong troubleshooting skills in cloud infrastructure, networking, security best practices, and performance optimization.

• Strong communication skills, coordination skills, and extensive experience in collaboration with cross functional teams

• Nice to have skills- Exposure in GCP, experience in automated regression testing tools like Cyara / Playwright.

• Candidates are also preferred to have experience in designing and executing Automated regression testing.

• Experience in Observability and SRE related activities is also preferred.
