Job Responsibilities:
- Assist and support Manufacturing user requests or issues related to CIM
- Assist CIM Engineers as level 1 support to troubleshoot and solve problem in CIM systems
- Provide guidance to shift users using of CIM systems
- Support to achieve section Key Performance Index (KPI)
- Assist in any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor as and when necessary
- Must be able to perform 12-hr shift
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer or Engineering discipline or relevant certification
- A team player with good communication skills and able to work independently
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
