Key responsibilities

Supervise workers, foremen and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to drawings and project specifications
Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and other trades to resolve site issues
Monitor work progress, manpower allocation and project schedules
Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations and quality standards
Conduct site inspections and attend site meetings when required
Prepare site progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical works within the construction industry
Experience working with an electrical subcontractor is preferred
Able to read and understand electrical drawings
Good site coordination, manpower management and problem-solving skills
Familiar with Singapore construction site safety requirements
Able to work independently and manage site operations effectively
