About Your Role
As a Senior Full Stack & AI TypeScript Developer (yup, that's a pretty long title) you will be at the forefront of innovative projects, blending traditional software development with state-of-the-art AI technologies. You will collaborate closely with skilled AI-UX Designers, QA Specialists, Product Managers, and other like-minded developers to create solutions that leverage AI effectively.
Are We a Match?
We are looking for someone who has:
5 years of commercial experience, including at least 1 year spent working directly with AI solutions.
Solid expertise with our tech stack: TypeScript, Next.js, React, Node.js.
Strong knowledge of software development best practices with a dedication to high-quality standards.
Good understanding of AI and GenAI concepts, including hands-on experience integrating AI models into production environments.
Experience using vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Chroma) and/or databases with vector capabilities (MongoDB, Postgres).
Ability to design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
Proven experience with CI/CD and general DevOps practices.
Proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.
Capability to convert business needs into technical requirements.
Fluent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Polish (min. B2 level).
Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with React Native, Meteor, GraphQL, Apollo.
Proficiency in Python, particularly in AI libraries.
Experience with mitigating AI-related security threats and red teaming techniques.
Contributions to Open Source projects.
Previous experience in software agencies or startup environments.
Experience in leading greenfield projects from the ground up.
Active participation in tech communities through meetups, conferences, or tech blogging.

Leading the development of cutting-edge, AI-driven applications and other innovative projects.
Identifying optimal methods to integrate AI-UX principles within our products.
Working with our versatile tech stack, which features TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, React Native, Meteor, and many more. We're looking for someone eager to expand their expertise as our tech stack grows.
Ensuring high-quality code and actively conducting detailed code reviews.
Promoting knowledge-sharing and actively contributing to a collaborative team environment.
