Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade backend/full-stack applications.
- Build scalable and reliable distributed systems capable of handling high-volume workloads.
- Design and implement LLM-powered applications and AI-driven features.
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and AI agent workflows.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve LLM performance and reliability.
- Integrate LLMs and AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications.
- Design APIs, services, and data pipelines supporting AI workloads.
- Work on system scalability, performance, reliability, and observability.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and AI teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Drive engineering best practices including code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and system monitoring.
Mandatory Skills :
- 8-14 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong backend or full-stack development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on LLM experience.
- RAG / Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- AI Agents / Agentic workflows.
- Prompt Engineering.
- Strong experience building production-grade distributed systems.
- Strong programming and software architecture fundamentals.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, scalability, and system design.
Preferred Skills :
- Python / Java / Go / similar backend technologies.
- Experience with LLM frameworks and orchestration tools.
- Vector databases and embedding technologies.
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Docker / Kubernetes.
- CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience with observability, performance optimization, and distributed-system troubleshooting.
