Our apps run inside Atlassian’s products (Jira and Confluence), used by companies all over the world. They turn Confluence into a real company intranet, make pages clear and easy to read, explain internal vocabulary right where people need it, and give every employee a simple way to request the equipment and services they need.
Caelor brings together the Vectors and Caelor teams under one name: about 40 people across Tunis, Paris, Wiesbaden, Split and Dubai, with Tunis as our largest office. We value collaboration across teams and countries, honest feedback, and a transparent, friendly way of working.
As a Solution Consultant, you’ll combine sales and customer success for our key customers and partners. You’ll help people find the right Caelor solution, guide them through demos, adoption and renewals, and bring what you learn from customers back into our product, marketing and revenue work.
What you’ll do
- Own 1:1 relationships with key customers and hands-on Solution Partners
- Run discovery calls, demos, solution walkthroughs and follow-ups for our core apps
- Help customers with onboarding, adoption, renewals, migration questions and adding a second app
- Spot renewal risks, expansion potential and partner-led opportunities early
- Turn customer and partner insights into case studies, battle cards, product feedback and roadmap input
- Keep a strong working knowledge of Caelor apps, Atlassian use cases and competing solutions
- 3 to 6 years of experience in solution consulting, account management, customer success, sales engineering or partner-facing consulting
- Hands-on work with B2B SaaS customers, ideally in the Atlassian ecosystem or with Marketplace apps
- Experience running demos, workshops, onboarding sessions and renewal or expansion conversations
- Good knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira Service Management, Confluence, Marketplace apps) and how customers use them day to day
- Ability to explain technical or operational topics in simple terms
- Commercial thinking around retention, expansion, packaging, discounts and partner-led growth
- Ability to build trust with customers, partners and internal teams
- Clear written and verbal communication in English, including notes, handoffs and customer-facing materials
- A plus: background in intranet, knowledge management, service management, asset management or internal communication use cases
Additional Information
- Full-time, remote position. You must be based in the EU and able to travel to partners and customers when needed
- You’ll report to our Head of Revenue and work closely with product, marketing and leadership
- Start date: ideally December 2026
