What You’ll Do

• Drive high-quality execution within the technical operations team, ensuring operational excellence and direct alignment with customer success
• Partner on key architectural initiatives including migrating legacy Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) / Windows infrastructure to AWS
• Iteratively define, document and refine operational workflows, incident management procedures, and support practices as the team scales
• Perform in depth root cause analysis for complex system failures, proposing modern, scalable solutions to prevent recurrence
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical risks before they escalate into high-severity outages or customer issues
• Serve as an escalation point for Tier 3 support issues involving Windows Server environments, SQL databases, and web services

Requirements

• Four-year degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience in related field
• 5+ years of Windows Server, IIS and MSSQL experience
• 3+ years of help desk support experience
• Experience with AWS
• Demonstrated proficiency with scripting languages (Powershell, VBScript, etc)
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn

• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools
• Experience with VMWare/vSphere
